Why Do We Have a Website?
Honestly? Because our clients kept asking for one. For over twenty years we have never needed a website, a social media page, or a single advert. Every project we have ever taken on came through a personal recommendation. But people found it odd that we did not have one, and our happy customers wanted somewhere to send their friends. So here it is.
Mat Hammond and his son Jenson run Hammond Brickwork Limited. Time-served bricklayers backed by a trusted team of skilled sub-contractors, they handle everything from single-property extensions to large-scale developments. Over the years, Mat has managed teams of over 100 tradespeople on multi-house projects - the kind of work that demands serious organisation and an uncompromising standard of finish.
For a while, Mat wound the business down slightly for a quieter life. But with Jenson now on the tools and raring to go, the time is right to take on those larger projects again. Whether it is a garden wall or a new-build housing scheme, the approach is the same - turn up, do exceptional work, and let the results speak for themselves.
